Holistic Reflexology
nice to meet you

When we love something, we naturally want to share it. That is how I began practicing reflexology.

I have always had a deep respect for feet: grounded, supportive, and always moving us forward.

My own journey with reflexology began around the age of 11, when I was struggling with eczema. I started reflexology sessions, and over time, the years of itching and discomfort faded into a distant memory.

Since then, my feet have carried me from Geneva to the United States, the Netherlands, Israel, and back to Switzerland, where I now live with my family.

In the Netherlands, I studied Textile Design at the Amsterdam Art & Design Academy and spent many years working in the fast-paced and demanding world of fashion.

Later, I trained in reflexology at Tel Aviv University, where I practiced both in a medical center and in my own practice.

I am now based in Neuchâtel, where I continue to practice holistic reflexology, with a deep belief in its gentle yet powerful effects, guided by the balance between the active energy of the day (Dia) and the deep regeneration of the night (Nisa).

I am also a mother of two teenagers, who still ask me for massages whenever they feel stressed, have stomach aches, or trouble sleeping.

I wish for everyone the opportunity to discover this soft, intuitive, and effective therapy, to restore the balance between light and calm, and achieve lasting well-being.

about reflexology

Understanding Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient healing practice with roots tracing back to Egyptian times.

This therapy uses the feet as a detailed map to stimulate the body's self-healing processes, primarily by improving blood circulation and lymphatic (immune system) flow.

Under the feet lie hundreds of nerve endings, called "reflex points." Each of these points is directly connected to a specific organ or system within our body.

When I apply pressure to these areas, you may experience some tenderness. By gently massaging these points, we activate the circulation of blood and lymph, encouraging them to move freely through the body's systems and meridians.

For me, Reflexology is a profoundly gentle and incredibly soothing method. It is especially effective in taming stress, which is often the main cause of our physical and emotional imbalances.

The meaning of the word "holistic"

The holistic approach considers the human being in their entirety (from the Greek holos, meaning "whole"). It does not focus solely on a specific physical or mental health issue.

The support provided takes into account all dimensions of your well-being: physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. It is by harmonizing these aspects that we restore a lasting balance.

Testimonials

Netta

I came to Diane about three years ago because of lower back pain that radiated down my leg (sciatica). After recovering, I decided to continue with regular treatments.

Diane’s touch is gentle yet deeply effective. Her range of pressure and massage techniques is remarkable. She is attentive to the client’s needs and overall feeling throughout the session, always adjusting the pressure on the feet to match what the client experiences. Her pleasant personality and the calm, special atmosphere in the treatment room also contribute to the overall sense of well-being.

After each session, I feel deeply relaxed, calm, and at peace.

I started to go to reflexology treatments with Diane after a major surgery. I hadn't done it before and didn't stop since then.

Diane with her amazing capabilities, technique and energies is a big part in my healing process.

Nowadays I continue with the reflexology treatments as part of my healthy lifestyle routine.

Dear Diane,
A thousand thanks for the reflexology treatments you have given me.
Each time, I feel your presence fully — your confidence, your experience, and a great gentleness combined with a firm, reassuring touch that is extremely pleasant. I let myself be carried away like a wave into another world of relaxation and complete well-being.

Alain

I have been receiving treatments from Diane for over eight years. From the very first session, I was captivated by her charm and her touch. Every week, she manages to calm my body anew with both her hands and her words. This is the most meaningful self-care I can give myself.
